what is sought, the management of human talent meaning, through occupational health is: reduce risk factors affecting productivity, and organizational climate , providing the necessary elements through occupational health. what is sought in the talent management is to maintain a balance between productivity and welfare of employees through prevention and care of people, as these are a key factor in any organization. Therefore it is important to work on the implementation of an occupational health program , since this very important in any process that perform the management of human talent.
